The USGS hires students and recent grads for summer internships through a program called Pathways (see the link below).

Darrin Miller, the Supervisory Hydrologic Technician for the USGS office in Ferndale, WA plans to hire an intern for this summer. The job announcement will be posted on USAJOBS sometime around the first week of March.  If you are interested please keep an eye on the job posting on the USAJOBS site.

Darrin also mentioned that they have four Pathway positions for the Tacoma office, one in the Tri-Cities and the other in our Spokane office that will be posted also.
