[Geolalumni] Seminar: how to apply to grad school

Hi geo students and alumni,

This Friday (Oct 13) I'll be giving my annual "Tips and Tricks for Applying to Graduate School" talk at noon in CF 115.  If you are considering going to graduate school and are curious about the grad school application process, please try to come.  I'll go over how the grad application process differs from what you did to get into college, how to choose a school, how funding works, etc.  Please bring lots of questions, as my goal is to provide the information that YOU need.

If you are unable to come to the seminar on Friday, an online version of the presentation is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yOpsdto6Nug.  You can get a lot of the info there but it's a little harder to listen to a webinar and of course you can't ask questions.  But at least it's a start!
