[Geolalumni] Give Day 2023

Hello Geology alums, friends, faculty, and staff both active and retired,

As I wrote a few days ago, today marks the annual WWU Give Day campaign, and so I am also writing to let you know that any and all support that you, our alumni and friends, can provide- even if only moral support- is valued and appreciated. We have many opportunities and needs for support, and so I hope that you will consider making a gift today. Here is the link for the Geology Give Day campaign:

We do have an opportunity to leverage our collective gifts, and earn an extra $1000 for the department- see the CSE donor challenge below.

College of Science and Engineering Donor Challenge!
The department, project or program in CSE that received the highest number of unique donors will receive an extra $1,000! Final results available after we process all Give Day gifts. Inflating donor count using fake donor names may disqualify a project, department, or program.

As I write this, Computer Science and Chemistry are tied with 20 donors, Geology is next with 16 different donors. Shall we work towards winning the $1000 bonus for the department?
