Attached is a flyer for the Juneau Icefield Research Program (JIRP), 2015 summer course. Many of you are accustomed to receiving a paper copy of this flyer to hang in your department, and copies will soon be mailed.

JIRP is transitioning to also include electronic distribution, in hopes that departments will circulate to students via message boards and social media.

JIRP has been growing in very positive ways over the past few years.  In addition to a progressive coursework suite, JIRP students are engaged in the entire research process including data acquisition, analysis and summary of their projects.

We hope that you can share this flyer with students in your department, potentially pairing some of them with JIRP to undertake a powerful summer science expedition.
