[Geoldept] OV permissions and protocol

Hi All,

1.       If you need an OV for your course please contact the professor teaching the course to get their permission.

2.       Once you have received permission from them via e-mail you may forward that e-mail to me and I will be happy to give you the OV.

3.       Please include...and this is really for all correspondence for any University communication,  your W#.

4.       The CRN of the course/courses you want the OV for.

If you are currently enrolled in a course this qtr and it is a pre-requisite for a course for next qtr banner does not assume you have passed that course so it does not recognize that you have completed the course as a pre-requisite.  In this case you will need an OV.  Please follow the procedure above or you may come in and talk to me.
