Hi WWU Geology folks,

Please join us this Friday (May 2) at noon for a brownbag presentation by Tom Evans, our visiting stratigraphy and sedimentology professor.  Tom will be presenting a series of demonstrations and cool new tools he has developed for his strat/sed class.  This will be interactive, and you'll get to play with the demos all you want.  Because of the interactive nature of his "talk," Tom will be presenting in ES 218 rather than our normal lecture hall location.  It looks like it will be informative and very fun.  I hope to see you there!
