This is the last call for fall course evaluations. For those who have already ordered, thank you and we greatly appreciate it! If you have not ordered, please do so today. The deadline to order for fall is next Friday, November 20th. Below is the standard email that contains helpful tips, handy links for ordering and general information regarding course evaluations.

How to get the most out of course evaluations:

*       Course evaluations need to be completed in pencil.

*       Please return the correct cover sheet with the correct evaluations in the same envelope.

*       An individual order for each section (CRN) of a course you teach will need to be submitted. Example: A lecture class that also contains a FIG section.

*       Check your course evaluation packet when you receive it to make sure you have all of your evaluation materials.

*       If you would like multiple classes scanned under the same CRN, such as cross-listed courses, please include a note with the completed course evaluations or email me at Brittney.Lunday at wwu.edu<mailto:Brittney.Lunday at wwu.edu>. These have to be handled differently.

*       If your class ends prior to the end of the quarter and you need your course evaluations before dead week, please let me know at Brittney.Lunday at wwu.edu<mailto:Brittney.Lunday at wwu.edu> with the end date of your class, specific form type and CRN. Should your class end early please submit your course evaluation requests ASAP. We'll do our best to meet your unique deadlines.

*       Once your request has been received you will be sent an email containing two links. One link is for you to distribute to the students in your class so they can complete the evaluation and the second link is for you to view how many students have completed the evaluation. Please remember to send the evaluation link to your students or they will not be able to provide feedback.

HELPFUL TIPS:
Each evaluation form provides 4-5 blank response fields that allows you to receive responses for your own questions.  The scale is the same (excellent<>very poor) and you'll need to present the questions on an overhead, board or on paper so students know what question corresponds with what number.  When you receive your scan sheets you'll find the optional question response fields in a box located on the bottom right side of the scan form.  Feel free to call if you have any questions about how to use this feature.
