Hello all,
The SEG Student Chapter will be holding a student meet and greet with economic geologist Marta Francini on Thursday 11/19 @ noon in room 223. Marta Francini is a famous economic geologist studying ore deposits in the Patagonia Region of Argentina. She works for CONICET, the Argentinian government science agency. She will present a tour of Argentina's amazing geology and talk about her current research. There will then be a time for questions and discussion from interested students. Hope to see you there!
