Hello! This is an excellent low-pressure event you to try out networking in a semi-professional environment. It's free and food and drinks are provided.


Ask an Alum: Career Conversations with Viking Alumni
February 10 | 5 - 7 p.m. | Academic Instructional Center West

Interested in talking to alumni about life after WWU? Have questions about finding internships or jobs? What people from your major have gone on to do? Attend our popular Ask an Alum event on Wednesday, February 10th! Often, "who" you know is as important as "what" you know to get your foot in the door. Get a jump on your competition by networking with successful Western alums who are looking to help current students! Did we mention there will be food & drinks?

You will get to hear a brief presentation from one of our rock star alums, followed by time to have small-group conversations with one alum and 3-4 other students. You will be able to rotate tables so you have a chance to talk to at least 3 alums during the event. Plus there will be time before and after to ask questions, meet other participants, or talk to fellow students.
