[Geoldept] NWGS dinner and meeting Tuesday March 12

Hi all,

I will be speaking at the NWGS meeting next Tuesday. There is a social hour at 530, dinner at 630, and the talk at 730.  The title of my talk is Paleoseismic trenching and active tectonics of the northern Olympic peninsula,   I’ve attached the newsletter with information.  The dinner is $20 for students (with a $5 late fee if you register after Thursday).  I’m happy to drive a van down there if anyone wants to join me.  I should get there by about 530, so need to leave at about 330 given the traffic.  

Please let me know by email  if you are interested and if there are enough students, I can reserve a van.  Maybe one of the student clubs wants to go as a group?
