[Geoldept] Nov Rainfall

November 2021 was unique in terms of rainfall. Below is a histogram illustrating 71 years of November totals recorded at the Bellingham Intl AP<https://wrcc.dri.edu/cgi-bin/cliMAIN.pl?wa0574>. In Nov 2021, 14.57 inches were measured, almost 3x the mean of 5.20 inches. The second highest rainfall (11.90 inches) was in Nov of 1990-the month when the highest peak discharge (57,000 cfs) was recorded at the Ferndale USGS stream gauge<https://nwis.waterdata.usgs.gov/wa/nwis/peak?site_no=12213100&agency_cd=USGS&format=html> (Nov 10, 1990).
