Hey WWU STEM Students! Are you interested in learning about ways to get involved in research or looking for research openings on campus?

WWU SACNAS is hosting another Meet-and-Greet event on Tuesday, April 13th, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. where students can chat with faculty from various STEM departments to learn of research openings on campus or simply get a better idea of how to get started looking for these types of opportunities. The event will be hosted on Zoom and will be organized for attendees to come and go as they please. Faculty will be divided into breakout rooms according to topic and students will be able to join whichever rooms they are interested in and chat with those faculty.

Closer to the event we will also arrange the list by the breakout rooms that will be made. For many research labs, you do not need to be a part of that department to join, so keep an eye out for the experience faculty are looking for and be open to learning about new topics!
