Undergraduates from all disciplines (including non-OSU students!) are encouraged to join a workshop from Dr. Aradhna Tripati, Founder and Director of the Center for Diverse Leadership in Science, and Associate Professor at UCLA. Aradhna will reflect on her career in Geoscience as a woman of color. Dr. Tripati grew up in Los Angeles and is the daughter of immigrants from Fiji. Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR, is located within the traditional homelands of the Mary's River or Ampinefu Band of Kalapuya.
