Hey Bernie:
Hope you are doing well - Alex McKenzie-Johnson here, Master's graduate from 2004.   We have an exciting position open-focused on geohazard work - including lots of LiDAR review, GIS, field mapping of landslides and streams, and other fun and interesting geology/geomorphology based work.   If you know of any recent graduates or near-graduates (i.e., someone with just their thesis left to finish up) who would be interested in this position and whom you think would be a good fit for a consulting environment with a heavy-dose of field work, - please encourage them to apply.

A number of us ex-WWU grads and students have gone on to have pretty interesting careers in geohazard work, including myself and Justin Brooks, who have worked together now in various roles for a little over 5 years.
