Gold Springs Resource Corp. - Junior Level Geologist

Gold Springs Resource Corporation is seeking a junior level geologist to assist with resource development through RC and core drilling programs. We are in the process of putting together our team looking to add three new members to the geologic group. Responsibilities will include:

·        logging drill cuttings and drill core
·        handling samples up to 40 pounds
·        compiling data
·        updating cross sections
·        mapping & sampling
·        reporting activities on a monthly basis
·        assisting with various activities around the camp.

The program is expected to start at the end of March 2022 and will continue to the end of the year and likely through 2023. Project location is on the Nevada-Utah boarder east of Pioche, NV. The program is operated out of a camp setting with individual cabins and a large community room/kitchen and a camp cook. This program is focused on developing gold resources in volcanic hosted epithermal systems.
We will provide training for the logging of drill cuttings and drill core and mineral identification for a low-sulfidation gold system as needed. A geology degree is required. 1-5 years’ experience is preferred and working in gold systems would be considered a positive.
