Transportation Engineer 4 In-Training - Hydraulics
Olympia & Shoreline, WA - Headquarters

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Hydraulics Office is seeking four Transportation Engineer 4 (In-training) positions that provide statewide support with duty stations in Olympia and Shoreline, WA. Two positions will support Fluvial Geomorphology, one position will support Hydraulics, and one position will support Stormwater. All positions will serve as technical experts for internal and external stakeholders within each of the fields. These positions offer opportunity to conduct statewide stormwater and hydraulic research as well as participate on national research panels that could influence design policy for the department. These opportunities have been approved as in-training, meaning you have the opportunity to receive on the job training and experience that will help advance into the next level of the position after training and performance requirements have been met.
