Also, I've added my Pcard (university purchasing card, Visa) to your profile in Concur.
If you go in and fill out your profile info and save it, then you will be able to book travel in Concur on the Travel tab (in between the Request and Report tabs). That way, you can book over the weekend if needed.

Thanks for the update Kate,

I didn't realize there were so many steps involved for travel. At George Mason the TA's only needed to be approved by the department purchasing person and it only took a day or two. Next time I'll get this in farther in advance.

Hi Paul,
It appears that your travel request in Concur to attend AGU has a few more stops before it is fully approved (Dean, Me, Provost, Travel Desk) All travel must be pre-approved before any money is spent on the travel arrangements.

I'm copying in Tonya in CSE and Melinda in the Provost office, in case this can be expedited once received (it is waiting on CSE Dean approval now).
