[Geoldept] Needing sustenance?

Hi WWU Geofolk,

Feeling stressed in anticipation of spending Thanksgiving across the table from your contentious Uncle Bill or Aunt Sally after a trying election?  Worried about finishing that big term project and needing a little extra sustenance to see you through?

If so, you’re in luck!  There is free pizza in the Copy Room fridge next to the Geology main office (ES 240).  Even better, there is a tray of Ice Cream Sandwich Bday Cake (a stratigraphic sequence of ice-cream sandwiches, fudge sauce, and whipped cream, x 2; see photo) with your name on it in the freezer (Courtesy my youngest daughter, who’s birthday crew of 14 ramped up 9 yr olds couldn’t quite demolish it all).  Please help yourselves to both!
