[Geoldept] AEG Student Night 4/17 Important Info!

Hi everyone,

A few quick reminders:

  1.
Reminder that AEG's student night is next week, Thursday April 17th at 6:30pm in Seattle. The event will feature student poster presentations with short oral presentations (around five slides). Reasonable poster printing costs will be reimbursed by AEG. Presentations on all topics of geology are welcome! The event will be held at Art Marble 21 in Seattle, with a buffet dinner and social hour. Transportation will be provided.
  2.  If you want to present but have not signed up there is still time!! Please email Tom Doe (AEG Puget Sound Chair) at aegpugetsound at gmail.co<mailto:aegpugetsound at gmail.com>m ASAP! Cash prizes of $100 for the best presentation and $50 for runners-up will be awarded.

If you have signed up to present or attend, please email us (wilso466 at wwu.edu or peckenj2 at wwu.edu) and let us know so we can arrange travel!
