Hello Geology Students, Staff, Faculty, and Friends,
I am writing as part of the annual WWU Give Day event to thank each of you for your ongoing support and advocacy for the Geology Department, its students, staff, and faculty. Together we are committed to maintaining and improving the quality opportunities we are able to provide to our students through courses, research experiences, and other collective activities. For Give Day, we will appreciate and welcome any support you may be able to provide. In particular, we would highlight a new Field Camp Scholarship fund we established last year, to help students defray the costs of this important element in their undergraduate education.
