The webinar will provide suggestions for how to prepare for ASBOG(r)'s FG exam and strategies for taking the exam. We will discuss study guides and courses one may consider acquiring to help prepare to take the exam. We are collecting input from young geologists and college seniors/graduate students/faculty that have recently taken the exam as well as suggestions from long-practicing geologists who went back to their college textbooks and notes to study. We have scheduled the webinar for late in the afternoon to allow questions to the presenters, four practicing geologists and a college faculty member that passed the most-recent FG exam, to answer questions past the 5:00 PM close of business.
