[Geoldept] SEG Meeting, Next Wednesday

Hello all! I hope midterms are treating you well.
This coming Wednesday, May 14th, 2014, in the Mineralogy room at 4 p.m.,
there will be an SEG General Meeting.

We will be discussing and organizing t-shirt sales, and  upcoming officer
elections (to replace me as Secretary). If you plan on attending the trip
to the mine in Republic, please bring five dollars to reserve your spot,
and more information will be given at the meeting.

Additionally, Professor D. Hirsch will be giving a short presentation, with
SAMPLES on orogenic auriferous ore (i.e. rocks with gold).
