[Geoldept] student meeting with our first geology/science education candidate

Hi all,

We have our first of four candidates here next Monday and Tuesday (Feb 22 and 23) for the Geology
and Science Education position. Her name is Dr. Heidi Roop. Her research specialties are in 1)paleoclimate studies and 2) science communication.

Students, please join in to meet with Dr. Roop on Monday morning. We have a student-only meeting time with her 9-10 am on Monday. You are welcome to come and go from this meeting, you don’t have to be there the whole time.
This is for both graduate and undergraduate students.
The meeting will be in the Bressler room.  Please help us make the decision about who our next hire should be!
