[Geoldept] FW: 2017 Conferences & Special Opportunities Fair Date/Time Correction

Hello all,

We at the AS Business Office previously sent out a recruitment notice for the 2017 Conferences & Special Opportunities Fair.

Due to a miscommunication with the VU Reservations office, the date for the fair has been moved to 2/27/17 (Monday).

The time for the fair has also been changed. The new time for the fair is:

11:00 AM  to 12:00 PM: Set-up time
12:00 PM to 4:00 PM: Conference & Special Ops Fair hours
4:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Break-down time

To reiterate, all presenters are able to have one hour of set-up time and break-down time. Presenters can arrive or leave within the allotted hours, but should be ready by 12:00 PM for the fair to begin.

The location of the fair is still the MPR.


Again, the mission of this info fair is to provide students with information about academic conferences, competitions, special workshops, special academic programs and other special opportunities available to them during their undergraduate career.
