Hi All,

I am looking for an REU intern (from WWU) during Fall quarter 2021. The REU also includes funding to take a science communications course (hopefully this summer!) and participation in my research cruise (with the deep-sea submersible Alvin!) this Fall.

Please spread the word broadly, and send this to promising/interested students you may know : ) I’m particularly interested in providing opportunities for earlier career students and for students who have not had a lot of opportunities for research experiences or may need funded research opportunities in order to get that experience.

Turnaround time is pretty quick as I want students to be able to plan their Fall quarters.
