Hello all!

I hope that you're having a wonderful winter break so far!

Katie and I decided that we may as well extend the submission deadline until the end of winter break, January 2nd, and have voting virtually the first week of school! So if that Christmas spirit makes you feel creative in a new way send us more of your ideas for a geology t-shirt!

Hello GeoFolk!

Get your creative caps on and your illustrator skills ignited because we are hosting a geology-themed t-shirt design contest!!! All profits will be donated to DIG and be used to build the gear bank (Interested in knowing more? Email stellik2 at wwu.edu<mailto:stellik2 at wwu.edu>)!

Undergraduates, graduates, faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in this design contest! Show us what you’ve got!

And….the winner gets a FREE T SHIRT from the design that was chosen!

Here are the deets:

Design guidelines:

  *   Must be a digital design
  *   Design cannot have more than 3 unique colors
  *   The design will be on the back of the shirt (we are reserving the front for the official department logo)
  *   No profanity or offensive language of any kind

Timeline:

  *   Submissions due November 19th
  *   Voting begins on November 22nd and ends the 24th
  *   T-shirt orders will open up on the 24th and end Dec 8th
