Subject: Summer of Applied Geophysical Experience 2022


Hi all-



After a two year hiatus due to COVID, Summer of Applied Geophysical Experience (SAGE) is being planned for the summer of 2022.  Many of you may already know about this program, but I wanted to make sure to hit everyone I know who has contact with undergraduates and graduate students who might be interested.



This is a geophysics-specific summer camp focused on acquiring, processing and interpreting a range of geophysical data.  It’s in New Mexico and this year will be focusing on research projects in the Valles Caldera.  I’m going to be joining the faculty for the first time this year, and am looking forward to this new experience.  I know you all have contacts with great students who might be interested in this program—please forward to your networks!
