Hi everyone!

The Skagit Valley Rock and Gem Club<https://www.skagitrockandgem.com/> is offering a $1000.00 scholarship that would be disbursed for Spring Quarter. Applications are due by February 1 by mail. Please see the application and instructions attached.

Eligibility Requirements:


  1.  Applicants must be active students attending Western Washington University enrolled in an accredited Earth Sciences or Geology Program.


  1.  The student must maintain a 2.5 or better GPA and exhibit behavior becoming to collegiate standards. Failure to achieve these conditions will result in a return of all monies which have been disbursed to our Scholarship Fund.


  1.  Applications must be accompanied by a transcript of grades and ONE letter of recommendation prepared by a professor.
